No Place Like Home is a reputable and professional dog walking and dog & cat visiting company that has been caring for the pets of Los Angeles area since 2011. We are dedicated to providing excellent care to your pets while you are at work or on vacation. We love your pets like they are our own! We provide various professional pet care services customized to fit the specific needs of your dog, cat, bird, fish, reptiles etc.

Visit Policies
It is our policy to visit our kitty clients a minimum of once every 24 hours. We are unable to accommodate visits every 48 or 72 hours. If medications are needed, we are happy to give them if the cat is mild mannered and does not pose a danger to our associates.

30-Minute Visits:
One visit a day = $20.00
Two visits a day = $40.00
Three visits a day = $65.00
(three visits per day offered under special circumstances only)

45-Minute Visits:
One visit a day = $25.00
Two visits a day = $50.00

Overnight rate = $65.00
(12 hour period from 8:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.)

Holiday visits are 1.5x the visit rate on the holidays listed below. For example, a 30-minute visit will be $30 on those days. Applicable holidays are:

New Year's Day

Five 30-minute dog walks booked in the same calendar week = $95.00
Five 45-minute dog walks booked in the same calendar week = $120.00

Payment Policy
We accept cash and credit cards only. Weekly ongoing dog walking will be billed on a two week invoicing cycle approximately three days prior to the start date (i.e. Friday for a Monday start date). The credit card on file will be billed automatically. Payment for vacation pet sitting will be charged approximately three days before the first day of services. A deposit will be required to hold holiday reservations. Credit card on file must be kept current and accounts must be kept in good standing or a 30% interest fee will be collected for every week the balance remains unpaid.
Cancellations
Vacation Pet Sitting (Overnights): A 50% surcharge will be collected if entire reservation is canceled with less than 72 hours notice.

Vacation Pet Care Visits (non-Overnights): A 50% surcharge will be collected if entire reservation is canceled with less than 72 hours notice.

Regular Dog Walks: If cancellation occurs on the same-day as a scheduled walk, 100% of the walking fee will be collected.
Gratuity
Gratuity is optional however if you would like to leave your sitter a little something extra, you may leave gratuity in cash at your home or you may request the Animal House Pet Care office to have the gratuity added to your pet sitting bill.

Holidays
A rate of time and a half applies to each visit on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Independence Day. There is a holiday fee of $4 per visit per day for Thanksgiving weekend (Fri-Sunday) Thanksgiving Day will be billed at time and a half. The $4 per visit per day additional fee also applies to the December holidays for all days between December 24-January 1 except for Christmas Day and New Years Eve which are billed at time and a half.

Holiday Cancellation Policy
Overnight pet care occurring over Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas week (Dec. 24-Jan. 1st) must be canceled no later than two weeks in advance of the start date or 50% of the total service fee will be due (100% of the total reservation fee will be due with less than one week's notice). Vacation pet care visits (non-Overnights) occurring over Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas week must be canceled with 1 week advance notice or 50% of the total reservation will be due (100% of the total reservation fee will be due with less than 72 hours notice).

We are now offering professional dog training through CageFree K9 Dog Training as well.

Key pick-up/drop-off = $15.00
(First-time clients exempt)

No mileage charge for clients within a 5 mile (one-way) radius. Each mile after that is charged at a rate of 50¢ per mile.
